Ingredients (Only 5 Main Ingredients)
- 250 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 250 g noodles (egg noodles or wheat noodles)
- ½ cup Sunny Sweet Thai Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Spring onions, chopped
Optional (Not counted as main ingredients)
- 1 tablespoon oil for cooking
- Chilli flakes for heat
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the Noodles
1. Boil noodles according to package instructions.
2. Drain and set aside.
2. Cook the Chicken
1. Heat a little oil in a pan.
2. Add chicken pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
3. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
3. Add the Sauce
1. Add Sunny Sweet Thai Sauce and soy sauce to the chicken.
2. Stir and let it bubble for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Combine with Noodles
1. Add the cooked noodles to the pan.
2. Toss well until fully coated in the sauce.
5. Finish
1. Sprinkle chopped spring onions on top.
2. Add chilli flakes if you like it spicy.
