Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 1 Pineapple (wedges)
- 1 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh)
- 1 cup Unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- ¼ cup Ice cubes
Preparation
In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice cubes, and honey if desired. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses. Garnish each serving with pineapple.
