Ingredients For Alouda
- 250ml D’Light Curdled Milk
- 2 tablespoons syrup (strawberry or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon toukmaria seeds (also known as sabja or basil seeds)
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (or to taste)
- Ice cubes
Instruction
- Let your toukmaria seeds soak in water for about 10 minutes, or until they’ve puffed up nicely.
- In a tall glass, combine your syrup and sweetened condensed milk, mixing them thoroughly.
- Then, add the D’Light Curdled Milk and stir until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Gently fold in the soaked toukmaria seeds. Add a generous amount of ice, stir well, and serve immediately for a refreshing chilled drink.
