Ingredients (for 2–3 servings)

  • 1 cup D’Light Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Sunny Fruit Spread (any berry or tropical flavour)
  • A handful of fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, red currants, etc.)
  • 1 tsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • A few fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spoon the D’Light Yogurt into a bowl as your base.
  2. Top with a generous spoonful of Sunny Fruit Spread in the center.
  3. Add fresh berries around the fruit spread for a burst of color and freshness.
  4. Sprinkle over seeds for a crunchy bite.
  5. Garnish with a few mint leaves if desired.
