Ingredients (for 2–3 servings)
- 1 cup D’Light Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Sunny Fruit Spread (any berry or tropical flavour)
- A handful of fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, red currants, etc.)
- 1 tsp sunflower or pumpkin seeds
- A few fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Spoon the D’Light Yogurt into a bowl as your base.
- Top with a generous spoonful of Sunny Fruit Spread in the center.
- Add fresh berries around the fruit spread for a burst of color and freshness.
- Sprinkle over seeds for a crunchy bite.
- Garnish with a few mint leaves if desired.
