Ingredients:
- Chicken
- 6 large Eggs
- 1 ¼ cup milk
- ¼ salt
- Black pepper
- 2 left over bread baguette
- 2 cup cheese
- Mozzarella
- 1 Sunny green peas
- Spring onions for garnishing
Preparation:
1. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat. (Use a bit of oil if not using non-stick).
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until lightly brown.
3. Whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl
4. Cut the bread into cubes
5. Add the bread and chicken to the egg mixture along with the cheese and sunny green peas
6. Pour everything into a greased cake tin
7. Grate some mozzarella on top and cover the cake tin loosely with a foil
8. Bake for 25 minutes and then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes
9. Garnish with some chopped spring onions and It’s ready to serve!
