Ingredients (Bread Wreath)
- 1 pack of pizza dough or homemade dough
- 200g mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano or Italian seasoning)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Divide dough into small balls. Flatten each and add a cube of mozzarella inside.
- Close and roll into a ball. Repeat for all pieces.
- Arrange balls in a circle (wreath shape) on a lined baking tray.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, herbs, and a pinch of salt. Brush over dough balls.
- Bake for 20–25 mins or until golden and cheesy.
Dipping Sauce
Warm up 1 bottle of Sunny Pasta Sauce in a small saucepan or bowl.
