• 125g chicken breast
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Sunny honey
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chili flakes
  • Onions
  • Red and Green pepper
  • Sunny Lemon Peri Peri Sauce
3. Chicken peri peri Brochettes


1. Cut chicken in average 1 inch cubes

2. Cut the onions, tomatoes, red and green pepper in thick slices

3. Mix the chicken with the sauces, lemon juice, ginger and garlic paste, honey, salt and pepper, peri-peri sauce and chilli flakes

4. Let it marinate for 3-4hrs

5. Assort the chicken and onions and peppers previously cut on kebab stick

6. Place on grill and cook for 3-4mins

7. Glaze with marinade sauce

8. Cook for another 2-3mins

9. Serve with our Lemon Peri Peri Sauce
