Craving for a Coffee Mousse?  Easy if you have Sunny Coffee lovers handy ????.  Trust yourself with this recipe ????:

  • Dissolve 1 tbs powdered gelatin in 225 ml of warm Sunny Coffee Lovers.
  • Add 2 tbs of icing sugar and stir well.
  • Whisk 125 ml of whipped cream e.g Roselle and 150 ml evaporated milk together until soft peaks form.
  • Gently add coffee mixture.
  • Spoon into 4 glasses and chill until set.
  • Whip 125 ml e.g. Roselle cream and pipe over Mousse and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
