- Dissolve 1 tbs powdered gelatin in 225 ml of warm Sunny Coffee Lovers.
- Add 2 tbs of icing sugar and stir well.
- Whisk 125 ml of whipped cream e.g Roselle and 150 ml evaporated milk together until soft peaks form.
- Gently add coffee mixture.
- Spoon into 4 glasses and chill until set.
- Whip 125 ml e.g. Roselle cream and pipe over Mousse and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
