How about a creamy delicious pasta with marinated peri peri prawns?


  • Sunny peri peri sauce
  • Prawns
  • Red chilies chopped
  • Tagliatelle or pasta of your choice
  • Salt
  • Butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Turmeric
  • Garlic chopped
  • Cream
  • Oil
  • Paprika powder


1. Marinate prawns in the peri peri sauce and set aside.

2. In a pot of salted water, add in the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain, toss in oil and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the prawns. Remove and set aside once pink.

4. In the same pan, add butter, lemon juice, turmeric, garlic and paprika.

5. Cook over medium hint, add in cream and stir to combine.

6. Combine prawns, pasta and the sauce.
