Roasted chickpeas make a great protein -packed vegan meal along with roasted veggies.


  • Sunny Chickpeas
  • Veggies
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Chilli Flakes


1. Preheat oven to 425° and rinse your chickpeas.

2. Place the chickpeas and veggies on a parchment.

3. Drizzle olive oil, salt and paprika or chili flakes if you want it spicier.

4. Bake the veggies for 20 minutes and chickpeas for 30 minutes.
