Ingredients

  • 300 g ground chicken
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • 1 jar of Sunny Sweet & Sour sauce
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. To begin, prepare the filling by thoroughly mixing ground chicken with finely chopped green onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  2. Take each wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center. Carefully seal the wrappers, ensuring they are tightly closed.
  3. Cook the dumplings in a pan with a bit of oil until they achieve a golden-brown color. Once cooked, coat them generously with Sunny Sweet & Sour sauce.
  4. Finally, for a fresh and vibrant touch, garnish with a sprinkle of freshly chopped cilantro before serving.
