1. Deep fry fish with salt, pepper & paprika.

2. Boil the rice noodles (meefoon)- Set aside.

3. Prepare the sauce with Sunny Thai sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil and garlic paste.

4. Place the rice noodles on a serving dish, add the fish and then pour the sauce on top.

5. Garnish with onion and red chili pepper.
