Fish fillet and rice noodles (meefoon) with Sunny Thai Sauce
1. Deep fry fish with salt, pepper & paprika.
2. Boil the rice noodles (meefoon) – Set aside.
3. Prepare the sauce with Sunny Thai sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili oil and garlic paste.
4. Place the rice noodles on serving dish, add the fish and then pour the sauce on the top.
5. Garnish with onion and red chili pepper.
