Ingredients
- 200g meefoon noodles
- 300g chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 bok choy
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp Sunny chop suey sauce
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Preparation
- Cook the meefoon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
- Add the carrot, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Add the Sunny chop suey sauce. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.
- Stir in the cooked noodles and mix well to evenly distribute the flavors.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
