Ingredients

  • 200g meefoon noodles
  • 300g chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 bok choy
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp Sunny chop suey sauce
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Cook the meefoon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. 
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent. 
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and cook until they are golden brown and fully cooked. 
  4. Add the carrot, red bell pepper, and yellow bell pepper. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. 
  5. Add the Sunny chop suey sauce. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.
  6. Stir in the cooked noodles and mix well to evenly distribute the flavors.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
