Ingredients
- 300g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tbsp Sunny Chop Suey Sauce
- ½cupwaterorvegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Vegetables: Slice the mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, carrot, and celery. Shred the cabbage and mince the garlic.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables: Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, celery. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
Add the Sauce: Pour in the Sunny Chop Suey Sauce, and water or vegetable broth. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
