Ingredients
- 250g pasta (penne, macaroni or fusilli)
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cooked chicken or vegetables (optional)
- 1 bottle Sunny Pasta Sauce
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Mixed herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil or butter. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken or vegetables if using. Stir well.
- Pour in Sunny Pasta Sauce and let simmer for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Add cooked pasta and mix until fully coated with the sauce.
- Transfer everything into a baking dish. Top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
