Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Bell Peppers
  • Chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Side veggies: Mushrooms, Chilli, Carrots, cucumber, corn, cherry tomatoes

Preparation

1. Preheat pan and add oil to fry egg

2. Add the eggs to the pan

3. Add tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, chilli and salt to taste

4. Cover pan, let the egg cook. Once turned brownish, remove from the pan

5. For the side veggies; Heat the pan with oil and add your vegetables

6.Serve with Fruity chilli sauce and bread
