Ingredients

  • Quinoa
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Cuccumber
  • Onions
  • Tomato
  • Coriander
  • Sunny Chickpeas
  • Salt & pepper
  • Honey or olive oil

Instructions

1. Boil the Quinoa for 3-5 minutes.

2. Chop all the veggies finely in the meantime.

3. Add the Quinoa and the Sunny Chickpeas to the veggies.

4. Add salt and pepper according to your taste along with a teaspoon of honey.

5. Garnish with some finely chopped coriander
