Hola ! Just sharing a recipe of Chilli Con Carne with you, Guys… This Mexican dish can be served with our Mauritian Farata, oh yes!
Rice, Tortillas, bread rolls and of course to fill in your wraps…
Ingredients
- 500g minced chicken or meat
- 1 can Belinda peeled tomatoes
- 2 tbs Sungold tomato purée
- 1 large onion chopped sliced
- 1 green pepper
- ¼ tsp Sunny Mazavarou
- 1 can Sunny Red beans
- 1 tsp thyme and parsley chopped
Preparation :
1.Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic.
2. Add minced chicken and cook until golden brown.
3. Stir in tomatoes, tomato purée, chilli paste and simmer for 15 mins.
4. Add beans, simmer for another 15 mins.
