Ingredients
- 4–5 sausages (smoked or fresh)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small piece of ginger (optional)
- 1 bottle Sunny Rougaille Sauce
- 1–2 green chilies (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Thyme or coriander for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the sausages for 10 minutes. Slice into rounds and set aside.
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic, and ginger until soft.
- Add the sliced sausages and lightly fry for 3–5 minutes.
- Pour in the Sunny Rougaille Sauce and add chilies if using.
- Simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning and garnish with herbs.
- Serve hot with rice, farata, or bread.
