Never heard of Shrimp Pancakes before? You’re in the right place! Shrimp pancakes also known as Haemul Pajeon, is a Korean dish which is just mouth-wateringly delicious! Check out the recipe – Easy peasy!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lb of Shrimp
  • Green Onion
  • 1 tsp of Pepper
  • 1.5 tbsp of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
  • 3 tbsp of Corn Starch
  • Fruity Sweet Chilli Sauce

Instructions:

1. Chop and mince the prawns until it becomes a paste consistency.

2. Mix prawns with chopped green onion, pepper, chicken broth, oyster sauce, and corn starch.

3. Mix in a clock-wise motion for 2-3 minutes or until it becomes elastically and you can form the pate into a patty.

4. Form the paste into an individual patty, around 3-4 tbsp per portion.

5. In a pan, add in oil and turn the heat to medium-high. Add in shrimp patties and pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Serve with Fruity sweet chilli sauce! Bon appétit!
