Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb of Shrimp
- Green Onion
- 1 tsp of Pepper
- 1.5 tbsp of chicken broth
- 1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
- 3 tbsp of Corn Starch
- Fruity Sweet Chilli Sauce
Instructions:
1. Chop and mince the prawns until it becomes a paste consistency.
2. Mix prawns with chopped green onion, pepper, chicken broth, oyster sauce, and corn starch.
3. Mix in a clock-wise motion for 2-3 minutes or until it becomes elastically and you can form the pate into a patty.
4. Form the paste into an individual patty, around 3-4 tbsp per portion.
5. In a pan, add in oil and turn the heat to medium-high. Add in shrimp patties and pan fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Serve with Fruity sweet chilli sauce! Bon appétit!
