Ingredients

  • 285g SUNNY Chickpeas (drained)
  •     1 small clove Garlic
  •     1 Lemon (juice of lemon)
  •     2 tbsp Tahini
  •     1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  •     1 pinch pepper
  •     1/2 tsp Salt
  •     3 tbsp Olive oil, Extra Virgin
  •     1/4 cup of Sunny Chickpeas
  •     parsley leaves for garnish
  • paprika powder (sprinkle on top)

Preparation :

1.Add all of the ingredients, including the 1/4 cup of chickpeas brine, and pulse until smooth. Test for seasoning and adjust accordingly.

2. Serve at room temp with pitta breads and garnish as desired.
