Vegan, Gluten free
- 285g SUNNY Chickpeas (drained)
- 1 small clove Garlic
- 1 Lemon (juice of lemon)
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Olive oil, Extra Virgin
- 1/4 cup of Sunny Chickpeas
- parsley leaves for garnish
- paprika powder (sprinkle on top)
1.Add all of the ingredients, including the 1/4 cup of chickpeas brine, and pulse until smooth. Test for seasoning and adjust accordingly.
2. Serve at room temp with pitta breads and garnish as desired.
