Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup Sunny Fruity Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Add the chicken pieces to the mixture and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, prepare your skewers by alternating the marinated chicken pieces, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion pieces.

Preheat your grill to medium heat and cook the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
