Ingredients

  • 1 Roti (left over)
  • ½ tsp butter
  • Pieces of chicken breast
  • Pieces of tomatoes
  • 4 tsp Sunny pasta sauce
  • Few slice of capsicum
  • Few slice on onions
  • 1/ cup Mozarella cheese
  • ¼ tsp mixed herbs

Instructions

1. Heat a pan with ½ tsp butter.
2. Once the butter melts, warm the roti slightly and remove from flame.
3. Add the pasta sauce, top with capsicum, onion and chicken.
4. Spread the mozzarella cheese.
5. Sprinkle the mixed herbs on top.
6. Cover and simmer for 3 mins.
7. Slice the roti pizza and serve hot with some chilli sauce of your choice !
