Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 Apples
  • 1⁄4 cup granulated Sugar
  • Butter
  • Puff pastry
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Cinamon
  • Sunny Honey

Preparation

1. Unroll the puff pastry onto a tart pan. Press into the bottom and the sides. Then use a sharp knife to cut the excess off.

2. Line the tart crust with parchment paper and fill with uncooked rice so that you can preserve the shape. Then bake it for 15 minutes.

3. After 15 minutes, carefully remove the paper and rice. And let it cool.

4. In the meanwhile, peel and cut the apple into slices.

5. In a bowl, then mix the cinamon and sugar together.

6. Sprinkle some of it over the bottom of the crust.

7. Place the apple slices into circular motion around the round pan. Continue till you reach the middle and you are satisfied with the look.

8. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar all over the apples.

9. Bake for 45 minutes or until the apples are very bubbly. Brush the apples with Sunny honey for some extra shine and sweetness. Let cool completely
before removing the apple tart from the pan.
