Ingredients:

• poisson sounouk
• onions
• Garlic and ginger paste
• Chilli flakes
• oil
• Salt & pepper
• Sunny Rougaille Jar

Instructions

1. Pour some oil in a pot and add chopped onions along with a tablespoon of the garlic and ginger paste.
2. Add some chilli flakes and let it simmer for a few seconds.
3. Add the ” poisson sounouk” and let it fry for 2-3 mins
4. Then, pour the Sunny Rougaille into the pot.
5. Add the salt and pepper according to your taste.
6. Let it cook for 4-5 mins.
