• 3 Iced coffee
  • 4 tbsp agar
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 6 tbsp coconut condensed milk


1. Bring to boil 2 iced coffee in a small pot. Turn down the heat to a simmer and add in the agar. Use a whisk to stir every few seconds, for around 2-3 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and transfer into a shallow dish. Allow it to cool for 5-8 minutes or until room temperature.
3. Make the sweet milk by combining the coconut milk and condensed milk with a whisk and place in the fridge to chill.
4. Cut the jelly into cubes. Scoop coffee cubes into cups and pour over the sweet milk.
5. Add a shot of chilled iced coffee on top for the gradient effect!
