Serves 2 Mini Baguettes

 

  • 500g Lamb
  • 300ml SUNNY BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic/Ginger
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3 cloves
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 medium red onions sliced
  • salt/pepper to season accordingly
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 mini baguettes

Préparation

1.Marinate Lamb in all ginger/garlic, soy sauce , cloves , cardamom , cinnamon. 

2. Add water and cook for approximately 35 mins in the pressure cooker.

3. Sieve/drain the cooked lamb and leave to cool down for another 10 mins.

4. In a plate, shred the lamb and stir in the BBQ sauce until sticky.

5. Layer the baguette with finely sliced onions and the pull apart lamb.

Serve with fries or any salad of your choice.
