A healthy and delectable version of the traditional Cashew nuts Barfi made with SUNNY HONEY ūüćĮ

1. In a frying pan, dry roast the cashew nuts for 5 mins.

2. Grind cashew nuts until you get a coarse powder.

3. Add Sunny honey & water in frying pan. When the mixture starts to bubble, add cashew powder and mix until you get a semi-solid consistency.

4. Put cashew mixture on a parchment paper and place another parchment paper over it.

5. Flatten mixture with rolling pin.

6. Put it in the freezer for 30 mins.

7. After the mixture has turned firm, cut into diamond shape.

8. Keep the Kaji Barfi pieces in the refrigerator until serving.
