These chicken lettuce wraps contain ground chicken and veggies cooked in a savory Sunny Thai Sauce and served in cool lettuce leaves.
The perfect recipe for lunch or dinner when you are in a hurry or tired after a long day.
Ingredients:
- Oil
- Ginger & Garlic
- Onion
- Mincemeat
- Sunny Thai Sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Soy sauce
- Veggies of your choice – shredded carrot, pepper, cabbage, bok choy
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1. In a pan, add oil, ginger, garlic and onion and saute well until soft.
2. Add mincemeat and let cook.
3. Add SUNNY THAI SAUCE, oyster sauce, soy sauce.
4. Add veggies of your choice- shredded carrot, pepper, cabbage, bok choy.
5. Let the chicken cook until the sauce is almost dried up.
6. Add red pepper flakes and spring onions.
7. Add 2/3 tablespoons of the chicken on the lettuce wraps.
