This classic tuna salad paired with a Sunny juice 200 ml is the easiest and yummiest go- to lunch.
• 1/4 cup yogurt or Mayo
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 1/2 lemon juice
• 1 tbs olive oil
• Black pepper & salt
• Mix with tomato, cilantro & onion
1. In a small bowl, combine yoghurt or mayo, mustard, oil, salt & pepper.
2. In another bowl combine tuna, chopped veggies and add mayo/yoghurt mixture.
3. Add roasted Sunny chickpeas on top for some crunch. (Optional)
