This homemade hummus recipe is quick and easy to make super- smooth and creamy, and tastes so fresh and flavourful.
Ingredients
- Puree Tahini
- Cold water
- Olive oil
- Cumin
- Salt
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Chickpeas
Instructions
1.Puree Tahini, cold water, olive oil, cumin, salt, garlic and lemon a food processor until smooth.
2. Add in the chickpeas
.
3. Puree for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Feel free to add in an extra tablespoon of water too.
4. Taste and season. Add extra salt, cumin or lemon juice if needed.
5. Garnish and serve.
