Ingredients
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tsp garlic/ginger paste
- Thyme
- Curry leaves
- 1 dry red chilli chopped
- 175g SUNNY Satini Sevrette
- coriander leaves/spring onions
- vegetable oil
- Salt/Pepper to taste
Rougaille :
230g SUNNY Rougaille sauce
Preparation:
1. In a pan, add some vegetable oil and the chopped onion, garlic/ginger paste , thyme, curry leaves and red chilli. Fry until the onions are crispy golden.
2. Next add 3 tbsp of SUNNY Rougaille sauce to the fried spices and stir generously for 5 mins.
3. Open one can of SUNNY Satini Sevrette to the Rougaille sauce and mix everything altogether.
4. Leave to simmer for 10 mins on low fire and garnish with coriander leaves/spring onions.
5. Serve on fluffy basmati rice and some salad with added crispy fried onions (optional)
